The disadvantage of the original stainless steel coil process is that the effect of removing oxide scale by HCL alone is not good; the uniformity of electroless nickel plating is affected by the poor coverage ability of the complex parts; the fresh surface of the stainless steel coil in Wuxi may be oxidized to film again because of the long process; the electroless nickel plating solution is easily polluted by the electroless nickel plating solution, etc. To this end, some people have improved the process.
